Can I see your smile?

I feel as though I just had a very productive day! ^^ Still sick ass hell so going to sleep last night was another nightmare :( I woke up at 12:30pm today, facebooked & msn'ed for an hour because I'm so addicted and sad haha, had a shower then mum & I went to the hairdressers so we could both get a trim! :) My hair used to be four centimetres past my belly button... & now its 1cm above on my right & 2cm above on my left!!! :S /shakes fist. Ohwells, atleast now I've gotten rid of all my split ends and shit. But still... grow hair grow! it looks so short :( Mum & I grabbed some lunch, bought some dry cough med & headed home :) So now I' am on pills & syrup! Oh boy I do hope my stupid flu goes far far away before Tiffs!

So continuing from last nights post on my project ^^ remember this dress I did up a while back?

My friend Anna mentioned ages ago that I should add some lace to it around the neckline or something & I agreed but never got around to it, Mum even found some lace lying around the house & left it on my work table. Tonight I decided to get out my sewing machine & over lock to start sewing! :) Here is the outcome I got by using old bits & pieces of materials from other dress/tops I've adjusted, gotta love scrap materials!

working for the first time with my over lock :) yeah... Still a noob haha

Now I'm just tossing up on which buttons to sew for the finishing touch. Any suggestions?

Oh & I also hemmed up that new adorable singlet I bought from the Gilles last weekend :)

Last Thursday night when I came back from eliz I managed to get my white beaded bracelet with a peach bow on it caught onto my leather jacket & without knowing what I was doing I broke the bracelet & the beads went flying everywhere across my driveway :( So tonight I pulled out my beads & made up another one! >:] & seeing as I already had everything out I made another white beaded bracelet but with a baby blue bow ^^

I think I might stay home again tomorrow... but I'm not too sure :/ This whole staying home thing is getting a bit too comfortable. Meh.
