Time heels all wounds

Hello lovelies! On Monday Morning I decided to clean out my cupboard & just give away some things away to the op shop. Here's my now cleaned cupboard! hah :)

Just like last week I went to Jenny's. In the afternoon after cleaning up my whole cupboard Jenny's parents scooped me up & I crashed for the night. I had an awesome time once again with Jenny & all three of her younger sisters.

We cooked pancakes for a midnight snack, re united our taste buds to bubble tea hah! and Just had a great time. Oh & Congratulations sweetie for your L's! The next day I followed jenny around town to do USC stuff and when I got home In the afternoon Peter surprised me by coming over and we just chilled :)

The following afternoon I dropped by to Peters to hang out before his surgery which was following up the next day. We rented movies and both agreed on Push and My Sister's Keeper both very good but I must admit I was a sucker for Push because It involved some good action that let me get away from the reality of life... It's a must see! :)
I started my morning very tired and I took Peter to the hospital with his mum to check him in for the surgery and then left him to meet up with my mum in the hot 40 degree weather to do some paperwork in town. My mum has a problem where she gets ultra hungry every 2 hours so we ate, and pretty much just headed home because I was feeling so light headed due to the heat. I came home at around 2, turned on the air con and threw myself onto my bed and fell fast asleep.
About three hours later I received a call which woke me up and it turned out to be a nurse from the Hospital where Peter had his surgery. She told me he was fine and that Peter was really anxious that she give me a call and tell me that everything was okay.

Long story short I have currently just retrieved my half written post from my drafts because I got too overwhelmed before. I was supposed to leave the house by 7:00 tonight but something happened and things got too overwhelming for me so I was angry and just plain annoyed by 8:00 so I grabbed my things and just run out of the house at 8:15 for a bus to see Peter.
The doors at the hospital officially close from the outside at 9:00, and I made it there with 3 minutes left to spare. (oblivious of knowing this fact) Lucky me, I really wasn't about to go all the way home without seeing my baby :) I made my way around the hospital and finally found Peter.

Is it ever really pleasant to see a loved one in a hospital bed hooked onto transparent plastic tubes which you can see everything running through? Some say they would be grateful that their loved one has survived... but I have a hunch that many would agree and find the scene somewhat painful either way whether they admit it or not.
Overall seeing Peter was such a heart starter, he made me feel all that better just by seeing his face light up when he saw me walk into his room. He's recovering well with only a few glitches here & there which should be fine though. Peter Doan is a strong young man, Independent, amazing, and the very love of my youth

Well that is all for tonight!
I shall to see Peter again tomorrow :)
Goodnight & sweet dreams my beloved blog readers
xx
